Aligned with the perennial and cross-cultural monastic elements of spiritual traditions world-wide, this program seeks through silence, prayer and meditation, psycho-physical exercises like yoga and tai-chi and voluntary fasting and isolation to provide self seekers with an environment conducive to deeper contact with their spiritual self.

Assisted by a team of trained facilitators in different spiritual practices and transpersonal techniques our guests may develop individualized retreat projects according to their specific religious, cultural and philosophical needs.

Through different methods of transpersonal self-exploration and process facilitation our guests may access deeper insights and develop skills to consciously integrate their spiritual quest.

These methods include: integral psychotherapy, active imagination, music therapy, contemplation, meditation, yoga, massage, nutritional therapy, wilderness quests and gardening.

We offer various workshops and invite teachers and workshop leaders from around the world to share their knowledge on transpersonal psychology, holistic and traditional medicine, healing arts, integral yoga, martial arts, meditation, music and permaculture.
