Armando is a visionary eco-psychologist, healer, philanthropist active in the study of traditional medicine and spiritual technologies of the native people of the Americas creating space for dialogue between Science and Spirit. Psychologist from the University of Minnesota specialized in addiction treatment at Hazelden and has worked in the counseling field for 18 years, Armando co-founded the Cognitive Behavioral Interdisciplinary Clinic in Mexico City which he presided for 7 years before parting on to the Peruvian Amazon where he studied traditional Amazonian medicine. Drawn to Spirit from an early age, Armando has sought teachings in ashrams and monasteries in Nepal and India studying the psychological aspects of Vedic yoga and Buddhism. Together with Anya he is co-founder and Director of the Nierika project, which seeks to create a multidimensional healing field where other seekers may find harmony, purpose and direction.
